Join Melissa’s Kettlebell Tabata Class.

This is a HIIT/Tabata style class using a kettlebell or dumbbell. In every class there’s 6 circuits with 8 sets where you work at a high intensity for 20 seconds then rest for 20 seconds. And all muscle groups are worked providing a full body workout.

The benefits of a HIIT workout are that you’re burning about the same amount of calories as you would during a typical workout like running. But, you burn more calories after a HIIT workout than you do during a steady-state cardio or weight training, where your heart rate remains relatively stable. 

This results is maximum effect in a shorter space of time. You will build muscle, burn fat and improve your muscles ability to keep working (endurance)


This class is all set to music and a great way to add weight training into your training plan and to reduce your need for lots of boring cardio.
