Fitness Pilates uses the principles of Pilates but the class and is set to music, written in the style of a HIIT circuit class to maximise the fat burning effects.
Every class works all the major muscle groups (abdominals, lower back, thighs, buttocks, arms, shoulders) and targets the deep postural muscles of the body, building strength from the inside out and lengthening your muscles.
Fitness Pilates is a non impact class suitable for men and women of all ages and abilities. This class is designed to strengthen, improve flexibility, balance, posture, body shape, burn fat and increase your fitness level.
