Come and see if Wing Chun is for you.

Every Monday and Wednesday at Body Active Gym, Harlow from 19:30 to 21:00

All levels welcome but we particularly welcome beginners. An introductory session will involve demonstrations and discussions of Wing Chun principles and techniques as well as teaching how they can be used in real life. 

The session is completely free and there will be special offers for students wanting to sign up to join the school.

Wing Chun is a great way to build self confidence, fitness, strength and flexibility, AND it’ll help you to lose weight, should that be your goal.

About Wing Chun

Wing Chun (traditional Chinese: 詠春) is a traditional Southern Chinese Kung fu martial art specialising in close range combat. It is one of the most famous styles of Kung Fu. It is known for being economical, direct and efficient.

Legend has it that Wing Chun Kung Fu was created by a woman and was designed to allow a weaker person to defeat a stronger without resorting to physical strength. This makes it ideal as a system of self defence, as well as providing other benefits such as greater self confidence, fitness, improved balance, coordination and flexibility.
