I have been strength training since I was 15 and have been a Personal trainer for just over 5 years. I specialise in Pilates and women’s health. Restoring core strength, improving fitness and weight loss for women.
I teach classes aimed and building lean muscle, increasing fitness and burning fat. I offer one to one training, group training, classes, meal plans and holiday preps.
